Return & Refund Policy – Auragets

At Auragets, we strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.


Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personal care and hygiene products (for health and safety reasons)
  • Used or damaged items (unless received defective)
  • Items purchased on sale or clearance (if applicable)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • The amount will be refunded to your original payment method

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • First check your bank account again
  • Contact your bank or payment provider (processing times may vary)
  • If the issue still persists, contact us

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you need an exchange, contact us with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged/defective item

 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the product is defective or incorrect)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide pictures or video proof

We will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
