At Auragets, we strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personal care and hygiene products (for health and safety reasons)
- Used or damaged items (unless received defective)
- Items purchased on sale or clearance (if applicable)
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- The amount will be refunded to your original payment method
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- First check your bank account again
- Contact your bank or payment provider (processing times may vary)
- If the issue still persists, contact us
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange, contact us with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged/defective item
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the product is defective or incorrect)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide pictures or video proof
We will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
